Ingredients: |
1/2 Cucumber, peeled and diced |
1/2 Apple (green or red) |
1 stick of Celery |
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice or Lime Juice (or to taste) |
Pinch of Salt, optional |
Directions:
- Peel 1/2 cucumber and cut it into big pieces. Cut 1/2 apple and 1 celery stick into big pieces. If you prefer, you can peel the apple also.
- Add apple, cucumber, and celery into a big jar of a blender. Add 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice. Add 1/2 cup water.
- Close the lid and blend until smooth.
- Add 3-4 ice cubes in a serving glass. Add a pinch of salt and pour prepared juice over it. Apple Cucumber Celery juice is ready for serving. If you prefer, you can strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer before serving. Consume this juice immediately to get maximum benefits. It stays good for up to a day in the refrigerator.
