Mango Juice Recipe (with Step by Step Photos)
Who doesn’t like flavorful mangoes? If you are a mango lover like me, you will love this refreshing mango juice made with fresh ripe mangoes. This recipe has only 3 ingredients (mango, sugar, and water), 3 easy steps and takes only 5 minutes. Just cut mango into pieces, blend all the ingredients until smooth puree, and then strain the puree to make this juice.

Ingredients: |
1 large Mango (approx. 2 cups cubed mango) |
1½ tablespoons Sugar (more or less to taste) |
4-5 Ice Cubes |
1 cup Water |
Directions:
- Choose a ripe mango. Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces, discard the hard stone. Add mango pieces to the jar of a blender or a mixer grinder.
- Add 1½ tablespoons sugar and 4-5 ice cubes.
- Add 1 cup water.
- Blend until smooth puree.
- Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer. Press the pulp using a large spoon to extract the juice.
- Discard the remaining fibrous pulp.
- Mango juice is ready.
- Add 2-3 ice cubes in a serving glass and pour prepared juice over it. Serve and enjoy.
Tips and Variations:
- Always choose ripe mango which tastes sweet because the flavor of the juice depends on the sweetness of the mango.
- Don’t add too much water as it will make the juice less flavorful.
- If you are using mango which has fibers, don’t skip straining the juice.
