This Vegan Tofu Smoothie (No Banana) is a combination of silken tofu (soft tofu) and frozen fruits like mango and strawberries. It is high in protein and has an amazing creamy texture from the silken tofu. And one more thing, you won’t taste tofu (after taste) in this smoothie.

Ingredients: |
4oz (113 gm) (1/2 cup) Silken Tofu |
1/2 cup fresh or frozen Mango |
1/2 cup fresh or frozen Strawberries |
1/3 cup Soy Milk (or milk or almond milk or water or juice of your choice) |
Directions:
- Drain excess water from silken tofu. Add 4oz (1/2 cup) silken tofu in the blender jar.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango.
- Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries and 1/3 cup soy milk (or milk or almond milk or water or juice of your choice).
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour it into a serving glass and enjoy!
Tips and Variations:
- Always use silken tofu for smoothies. Don’t use firm tofu.
- You can use any other frozen fruit instead of mango and strawberries in this recipe.
