Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe (with Step by Step Photos)
These almond flour chocolate chip cookies are soft chewy and eggless and made with almond flour and whole wheat flour. It is a perfect healthy snack for little kids as it has no plain flour(maida) and also more protein compared to other cookies.

Ingredients: |
1 cup Almond Flour |
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour |
1/3 cup Butter (melted) |
1/4 cup fine granulated Sugar (or 1/3 cup powdered sugar) |
1/4 cup Brown Sugar (or white sugar) |
2 tablespoons Milk |
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or a few drops of vanilla essence) |
1/4 teaspoon Baking Soda |
1/2 cup Chocolate Chip (or chopped chocolates) |
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C). Line a baking tray with a parchment paper or an aluminum foil.
- Take 1/3 cup melted butter in a medium bowl. (To soften the butter, microwave it for 10-15 seconds).
- Add 1/4 cup granulated sugar and 1/4 cup brown sugar.
- Whisk it until smooth and creamy.
- Add 2 tablespoons milk and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract.
- Mix well.
- Add 3/4 cup whole wheat flour.
- Add 3/4 cup almond flour, and 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
- Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
- Add 1/2 cup chocolate chip cookies. Mix well. If the mixture looks a little bit sticky, don’t worry. If it looks too sticky, refrigerate the dough for 10-15 minutes.
- Either use a spoon or a cookie scoop and take a small portion of the dough. If you like, shape the cookies from the small portion of the dough by giving it the shape of a ball and then pressing it a little between your palms.
- Place them on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are a little golden. If you like crispy cookies, bake them for 15-18 minutes.
- Let them cool on a baking sheet for 4-5 minutes.
- Transfer them to a cooling wire rack and let them cool completely. Almond flour chocolate chip cookies are ready for serving.
Tips and Variations:
- If chocolate chips are not available, you can use chopped chocolate.
- For crispy cookies, bake them for 15-18 minutes, and for soft chewy cookies, bake them for 10-12 minutes.
