|2 cups Watermelon, peeled, deseeded and chopped|
|1/2 cup Low Fat or Full Fat Plain Yogurt (vanilla)|
|1/2 large Banana, peeled and diced|
|4-5 fresh Mint Leaves, optional|
- Remove skin and black seeds from watermelon and cut into large pieces.
