| 8 + 2 large Marshmallows |
| 1 cup Milk |
| 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt or Plain Yogurt |
| 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract, optional |
| 5-6 Ice Cubes |
Directions:
- This recipe requires toasted marshmallows to make a milkshake. You can toast them by using either a skewer or a broiler.
- Toast using a skewer – Arrange marshmallows on a skewer (like kebab) and roast them over a gas flame until slightly brown and charred.
- Toast in an Oven – Cut large marshmallows into halves.
- Spread them on a baking tray lined with foil.
- Broil them until charred from the top, for approx. 2-4 minutes in an oven. Keep an eye on them to prevent them from burning. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Add toasted marshmallows (reserve a few for garnishing), 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 4-5 ice cubes, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until frothy and creamy.
- Pour the prepared milkshake into serving glasses and garnish with remaining toasted marshmallows.
Tips and Variations:
- Add vanilla ice cream to make a thick and creamier shake. Make sure not to add much as it will make the milkshake extra sweet.
- For variation, add 1/2 avocado instead of plain yogurt to make the milkshake creamy.
