2 medium Tomatoes |
2 tablespoons Cashew Nuts, soaked in water for 20 minutes |
1/2 teaspoon Cumin Seeds |
1/2 tablespoon Ginger-Garlic Paste |
2 medium Onions, finely chopped |
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder |
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder |
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder |
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder |
1/4 cup thick Curd (yogurt) (not sour) |
3/4 cup Water |
2 tablespoons Oil |
Salt to taste |
