Who doesn’t like flavorful mangoes? If you are a mango lover like me, you will love this refreshing mango juice made with fresh ripe mangoes. This recipe has only 3 ingredients (mango, sugar, and water), 3 easy steps and takes only 5 minutes. Just cut mango into pieces, blend all the ingredients until smooth puree, and then strain the puree to make this juice.
Ingredients:
1 large Mango (approx. 2 cups cubed mango)
1½ tablespoons Sugar (more or less to taste)
4-5 Ice Cubes
1 cup Water
Directions:
Choose a ripe mango. Peel the mango and cut it into small pieces, discard the hard stone. Add mango pieces to the jar of a blender or a mixer grinder.
Add 1½ tablespoons sugar and 4-5 ice cubes.
Add 1 cup water.
Blend until smooth puree.
Strain the juice using a fine mesh strainer. Press the pulp using a large spoon to extract the juice.
Discard the remaining fibrous pulp.
Mango juice is ready.
Add 2-3 ice cubes in a serving glass and pour prepared juice over it. Serve and enjoy.
Tips and Variations:
Always choose ripe mango which tastes sweet because the flavor of the juice depends on the sweetness of the mango.
Don’t add too much water as it will make the juice less flavorful.
If you are using mango which has fibers, don’t skip straining the juice.
Taste: Sweet
Serving Ideas: Serve mango juice as an afternoon drink for kids.
