1 cup Blueberry
1 Apple
1 Celery Stalk
1/2 Cucumber, optional

  1. Rinse blueberries, apple, celery, cucumber and beetroot thoroughly in water to remove any debris.

instead of straining, couldn't i just drink it after i blend it? ive read that theres lot more vitamins on the skin of the celery and apples

I'd like a recipe for blueberry iced tea. My experiments did not yield similar to which I had purchased at a blueberry festival. Unfortunately, I never saw it again. Thanks. Both our sons juice daily and we enjoy your site.
