1/4 cup Water (more or less as needed) |
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped (approx. 3/4 cup) |
1 medium Onion, finely chopped (approx. 1/2 cup) |
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder, optional |
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder |
1 teaspoon Cumin-Coriander Powder |
2-4 tablespoons chopped Coriander Leaves |
1 tablespoon Oil + for shallow frying |
Salt to taste |
