Silken Tofu Smoothie

This is a delicious and delighting smoothie drink made from silken tofu, coconut water (or any juice or milk), raspberries and banana. Learn how to make it in no time with this easy and creamy silken tofu smoothie with banana recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh or frozen Raspberries
1/2 Banana
4 oz (1/2 cup) Silken Tofu
1/2 cup Coconut Water or Apple Juice or Milk (or vegan milk) or Pineapple Juice
1 tablespoon Honey or Maple Syrup or Sugar (or to taste)
Directions:
  1. Drain excess water from the silken tofu.
  2. Add 4 oz (1/2 cup) silken tofu, 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, 1/2 ripe banana, 1/2 cup coconut water or apple juice or milk (or vegan milk) or pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup or sugar) in the jar of a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. Pour prepared smoothie into 2 serving glasses, garnish with raspberries and serve.
Tips and Variations:
  • Always use silken tofu in this recipe. Don’t use firm tofu.
  • For variation, you can use blueberries or mixed berries or strawberries or mango instead of raspberries in this recipe.
